Website Activity Notifications

So our team can follow up promptly, our website notifies us when a visitor takes certain actions, such as opening our contact page, clicking a button to book an automation audit, submitting a contact form, or viewing several pages. Each notification includes only the action, the page, the type of device, the website that referred you, and an approximate location (city, region and country) derived from your internet connection. We do not use cookies for this, we do not store your IP address, and notifications do not identify you unless you choose to contact us. Notifications are delivered to our team through Telegram, a third-party messaging service.

Website Chat Assistant

Our website offers an AI chat assistant that answers questions about our services. Messages you type are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI to generate replies and are not stored by us after your visit, except as follows: when you start a chat, your first message is sent to our team, and if you choose "Want our team to reach out?", the name, contact details and note you provide, a summary of your chat and the chat itself are sent to our team through Telegram so we can respond to your enquiry. Please do not share passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the chat.

Security

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

Cookies

Our website uses "cookies" to help personalize your online experience, such as recognizing repeat visitors. You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the site.
